Shipping

NeoDesignStore ships from Italy. Shipping rates are calculated in order-value tiers and depend on the product category and destination.

Italy

Free shipping.

European Union

Home products follow tiers equivalent to approximately 10% of order value. Handbags and jewelry use reduced tiers equivalent to approximately 5%. Free shipping from €500 applies to eligible products and shipping profiles, with exceptions for items requiring dedicated rates.

Outside the EU

Dedicated shipping tiers generally track approximately 20% of the order value. Special rates apply to Switzerland and certain oversized items.

For mixed-product carts, shipping charges may be combined across shipping profiles. The final charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery and customs

Preparation and delivery times depend on destination and carrier. Import duties and taxes may be charged in non-EU destinations unless otherwise stated at checkout.
